CSRA Solution Architects
Join CSRA’s Growth organization and help drive the technical solutions needed to win our most complex and strategic deals. As a strategic solution architect, you will be responsible for determining our customers’ needs and priorities, crafting technical solutions responsive to those needs, helping to shape customer acquisitions and position CSRA to win. You will lead the delivery of our written and oral technical proposals. We offer a fast-paced, highly-dynamic and collaborative environment in which self-motivated, strategic thought leaders earn executive recognition and rapid advancement. Flexibility in work location can either be Chantilly Westfields or Falls Church Fairview Park.
CSRA Solution Architects operate with the independence and autonomy commensurate with their roles as senior Growth leaders. This position is for those with the initiative and drive to move each pursuit forward using well-defined solution architect tradecraft and without the need for close supervision. While supporting each Group as a corporate Growth “consultant”, each Solution Architect establishes credibility through common sense, good judgment and creation of tangible artifacts that move the solution forward. Each solution architect is trusted to manage their own work schedule. A typical month includes working from home, coming in to meet with capture or subject matter experts, or leading the technical volume in the proposal tank. The team operates with a loose collegial and enabling vibe that includes monthly pursuit solution brainstorming; our Solution Architects are exempt from daily supervision and check-ins.
